Cheo, Co-Founder and Lead Designer at New Season Designs, LLC, has built the company around a simple promise: homeowners should not have to carry the stress of chasing contractors, suppliers, and unanswered questions. NSD gives each client one real person who understands the vision, sets clear expectations, and keeps the work moving in a streamlined way.
The company began in 2020, when Cheo and his wife Ginny started taking on handyman work after the pandemic changed their previous venture. That beginning has grown into a full remodeling company handling kitchens, bathrooms, concrete, plumbing, electrical, painting, and complete interior and exterior renovations with a trusted group of specialists.
Every project is treated with a faith-led standard: care for the work as if it were for God first, family next, and the customer in front of us.
Cheo brings that same service mindset into the community through Grace Place School and men’s ministry work, helping families, students, and business owners build with purpose.
